The origami home was designed to be approachable and fun in nature, while still providing just enough of a challenge to hold a kid's attention.
How to Build guides were printed for tactile reference and a video guide of how to fold the origami home is playing on the TV in the space.

As parents or grandparents tour their dream home, kids and grandkids are encouraged to bring them to life, to color them in.
For the coloring book, I illustrated each SHAWOOD home offered in the U.S. labeled with their respective name. Open pages were left throughout to allow space for crayon creativity to run wild.
Last but not least! We wanted one more element, for the adventure seekers, the kids that want to be on the move.
The Scavenger Hunt invites movement and exploration of each SHAWOOD home at Sommers Bend. Kids are encouraged to explore, to find hidden surprises throughout each home and to pick up a few favorite Japanese words along the way. Compass and pencil are provided.
